the way i look at it, im 22 years old, im going to go out with my friends, im going to go party with them and although i may drink a few to many calories i dont let my food or excersice slip...im not going to look back and say, "i was to busy trying not to be fat to go out and enjoy myself."

i dont think i reached a plateau either!!!!! and now im gaining, so frustrating and annoying. although i stopped being so serious about weight loss last year for a few months and just maintained, then got MFP and lost 10lbs, started doing EM2WL and gained weight.

i hate how you cant seperate it!! im almost always way above my sugars but never worry about it when it comes from fruit or veg, i just keep in mind the things i may eat that are terrible, like tim hortons iced coffee, it has horrible amounts of sugar, like 56g

yeah i have my measurments but there in a file somewhere lost at my very unorganized gym, waiting to get those. definetly hydrate myself enough, and iv never been a high carb eater, my carbs havent increased what so ever, increased my fat (but healthy fats nuts avocados etc) and increased my protien, obviously lol
