NSV Push ups
So back in the day, my fat days, I was just a pile of flubber and could barely manage 1 "girl" push up, yesterday I did body rocks 550 rep fat massacre workout and completed 50 walkover push-ups AND 50 one arm tricep push-ups, that's right people real push ups, on my toes blasting that fat away. Heck yeah. I rule.
