Macro Help?

Iv been trying to figure this out, found a few things but don't know how accurate it is or if I'm doing this right

Help please? Website suggestions? Formulas?

Iv gotten this from my attempts;

Protein: 32%
Fats: 36%
Carbs: 32%

@ 1,875 calories a day


Age:23
Weight: 174 (already lost 30lbs)
Goal: 150 (roughly)
Height: 5'7
BF%: 36

I am very active 5x a week, weight train, I literally go to school in a gym (we haven't covered macros in detail yet)

(my body fat is 36 and my legs look like that, I don't get it, please help with my macros I need to get this fat off)
