Project Eat More HELP!!

Project Eat More Advice

Starting weight – about 200
Current Weight – 149 to 151
Goal weight - Dont have one but idealy 140

Height - 5’7
Age -22
BMI - 23
BFP – 22

I exercise a lot simply because I love it, I hike, play tennis, run etc and have just increased my strength training and became more serious about it.

I Used Scooby’s workshop to get

(Lose fat – gain muscle option)
BMR – 1479 cals
TDEE – 2552 cals

(15% caloric reduction option)
BMR – 1516
TDEE - 2615

I am so lost when it comes to these numbers, little explanations please??

So do I need to make sure I at least NET at my BMR? Or if I eat 2000 calories but do a 600 cal workout and only NET about 1400 is that alright? Or do I need to net in the 2000s? If I make sure I consume for example 2615 calories but go hiking that burns 800 calories, I net 1785.

CONFUSED!!!

Also, with my calorie burn my required amount of fat grams goes to like 90, do I try to eat all 90g?
My fat has gone up significantly since starting my project eat more because of all the healthy fat iv added in like olive oil, avocado, nuts, peanut butter...so if my fat is reaching 50-70g a day is that alright?
