Need to eat more! Need suggestions!

I have hit a plateau! I have lost 50lbs so far and I know I'm not losing anymore because I am not eating enough!!! (although I am gaining a lot of muscle) My goal is about 1600 calories according to MFP and I try my best to net at least 1400 calories a day but when I workout I GO HARD (700-1200 calorie burn) and am having an impossible time eating back my calories and end up netting about 500-800. I’m simply not hungry enough to do it.

I NEED suggestions!!! I don’t know what to eat, I already have a protein shake every day. Many people have said peanut butter but I don’t care much for it, so…high calories, fibre and protein and low fat low carb, low sugar in a small serving….HELP!!

Thanks

…and feel free to add me, I don’t have many friends on here, I also have befor/after pictures on my profile.

    You look great!

I say go for avocado and nuts - you said low fat, but good fats are CRUCIAL to your body's ability to work properly. :) If I'm low on cals, sometimes I make a small batch of guacamole!

    Eat fat.
    Fat has calories.
Fat is not bad for you unless you have a gall bladder problem. If you believe otherwise, educate yourself.
Fat helps you feel full and gives you energy.

    That is all.

    Nuts
    avocados
    olive oil
    full fat foods
bigger portions of what you are currently eating
    peanut butter

    Awesome job btw!! Well done!
