One of the biggest things I did was cut aspartame out of my diet, if I want pop I will have the occasional full calorie ginger ale, I also drink a Ton of low sodium club soda, sometimes I'll mix a little bit of 100% real fruit juice with it. Crystal light, fake sugar so I stay away.

After years of dealing will every anti anxiety pill out there I finally cut cold turkey and went to a hypnotist, that was over two years ago and I can proudly say I can leave my house, go to the mall alone, I finished college and got my life back. You don't need all those extra creams, it's a tattoo, the ink is there to stay

I keep the bandaid on for 5-6 hours rinse it with super hot water gently use a cloth to get the extra ink off then I leave it be until it starts to really dry out then I put non scented no dye hand cream on it 2-4 times and that's it, every single one of my tattoos has healed perfectly

I have a billion, they hurt, anyone who says they dont is a liar. Obviously pain is more or less for diff spots. Thigh was nothing, arms were nothing you can't handle, middle top of back hurt, ankles are death etc
