Wanna no now you can weight 155lbs and wear a size 5? Wanna no how you can gain weight yet go down a clothing size? You lift heavy things and put them down :) Weight train, you can't sculpt fat, only muscle.

Weight training!!!!!! Maybe some HIIT, straight cardio isn't going to give you the results you want especially if your already slim. I'll do the elliptical but up the level to like 10 and move slow, I feel it in my muscles a lot more, or I'll walk stairs, a lot of stairs (best workout to tone those legs in my opinion)…

Grab a handful of almonds or add cottage cheese and avocados to what you already eat, it's a very easy way to bump up those calories with healthy options without over stuffing yourself. Also, give it some more time and the exercise will definetly increase your appetite

Ok looked at your diary, 1100 calories? NOT NEARLY ENOUGH, especially with all those processed foods, your body is just going to hold onto everything you eat, saving it all so that your organs can function and you can get out of bed. Fuel your body so that you can go to college, do homework, see friends AND workout.

If weights are boring then try something like TRX training, or lifting heavy, I find those to be very empowering and enjoyable, have a routine planned befor you go that way you aren't just sitting there thinking about what to do. Or do a program like new rules of lifting for women or body rock videos.

MFP says I should have 67g of protein, that is WAY to low, I usually eat around 120-150g, protein feeds your muscles and my muscles are hungry.

Oh and when I say eat, I mean healthy, clean foods lol and a lot of them. If your not hungry or don't have time something like an avocado has 240cals and a crap load of monounsaturated fats aka fat fighting healthy goodness or almonds, or olive oil on salads. I would definitely suggest eating back the majority of those calories, considering1200 is most likely to low for you to begin with. Breakfast should always be your biggest meal, I try to get in at least 30g of protein within my first half hour of waking up. That's also a lot of cardio which means burning muscle instead of…
