    WOW I have had a similar journey from size 18 to 10/12. I am now able to do so much more and have enjoyed the journey. Just learned how to SCUBA this summer and am really loving it.

    I am very glad for you, sounds like you are working real hard to keep loosing. I have hit a plateau and even doing 2hrs a day hasn't broken through. I am so glad that I have grown to love the exercises that I am doing and am keeping at it.
