I used to drink the same amount (if not more) pop a week. When I first stopped drinking the pop I had a migraine headache for about 3 days as I was going through caffeine withdraws as I don't drink coffee or tea. But once the headaches where gone I lost 20 lbs just with that. Keep up the good work.

My scale is off by about 15lbs (lower) than the good scale at the gym. Congrats, I ran my first 5k last year and my only goal was to run the whole thing without stopping. I did it and felt great. I still have the race bib and am going to frame it one of these days.

Good luck to the 2 of you. It is really worth it. I lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks. Tomorrow is my weight in day (week 4) and I am sure I have lost 3-4 more lbs this week. If you stay on it and follow it properly it really does work. Chris

The only thing I use is a protein shake before and after workout to help aid in muscle recovery. Other than that there is NO substitute for hard work and sweat.
