right now it's bananas and nectarines.. and i just bought a whole lotta plums.. mmmm.. i love autumn fruits!! all year round it's bananas..i put it in my oatmeal

Thanks. I am probably NOT as accountable as I should. Instead of doing a routine 6 days a week, it ends up being between 3-5 days a week. i am at the point that i have 10-15 pounds I want to lose, but I am happy to loose it slower now. check out http://www.vegetariantimes.com/ I get TONS of easy recipes from there.. and my go to for easy is Polenta topped with either scrambled egg or poached eggs and spaghetti sauce with wilted spinach. very yummy. or polenta with sauteed mixed mushrooms and onions with a side salad.

I found that if you let the butternut squash get to room temp. it was much easier...might only take 1/2 hour :)

I bought a pair of size 10 shorts from Eddie Bauer two years ago.. I can button and zip them.. I wore them out of the house on Sunday.. Still a wee tight.. BUT only to me.. My husband said I looked hot.. AND i bought a dress for Easter that I could Juuuust zip... and now it's way baggy in the hips and tummy. YEAH!!

I started last March, but then switched back to Insanity, did another month and half of Insanity, and switched back to Turbo Fire.. I am just basically picking what i want each day.. I am enjoying it much more this time around. :)

I get a lot of my recipes from cooking light. Lots of pasta (which is getting boring) but they have lots of others as well..

I need to get a new one because my HRM was saying I was burning 800+ calories for HIITS and 600 Calories for Fire classes...So, until I get a new one i am just using my running pace. Minutes for TF/12 x 100.. then i just take away some calories if i feel i didn't do as well, or just if i feel as if it is too many.
