hello?
-
How do you know what ratios to use??
-
oh and I workout 5-6 times a week. cardio and weights, HIIT, Tabata, etc
-
I don't know that you need to change it from sedentary, BUT I would definitely be eating your workout cals back.
-
Awesome guys thanks so much! On week 2 and holding strong!
-
Doing better, I was having some side pains, but breathing better is helping! In week 2! Would love new TF friends too!!
-
I ran accross this and thought it was a great idea. I don't have that to loose, but wanted to offer my support to anyone who wants/need it, friend me!
-
No one?!
-
Is your thyroid under control? I'm not a Dr but would think that that would make a huge diff. Also something to remember is when your tired exercise anyway. After a while the exercising will help you have more energy. Add me for support if you'd like!

I don't like cheat days as they negate the reason for our lifestyle changes. Instead have something small everyday you like. For me it's chocolate. 2 or 3 dove pieces and I'm good. Also I completely agree with another poster on the Quest bars.. YUM! Anyone can add me for support!
-
I added you! Anyone else feel free to add me too! On here every day!!
-
Agreed
-
Yeah! And really get rid of this guy. If he can't treat you with respect ALL the time then he's not good!
-
Thank you!! Great info!!
-
I messaged you all, thank you!
-
I have to disagree with both of you, IT DOES matter. you should eat every 3-4 hours to keep your blood glucose levels up among many other things. As long as you keep those meals within your cal range you will be fine, but you have to eat more then once a day, that's silly.
-
Really?? No one?
-
I'm guessing you need to eat more! Add around 300 cals a day and see what that does. If you eat too little your metabolism slows down and you can loose none or actually gain. Good luck! Friend me if you'd like, I'm on here all the time!

I know this is hard to hear, but be patient. Your body is trying to get back to "normal", there are so many changes hormonally and physically during pregnancy. Keep doing what you are doing! Make sure though that you are eating at least 1200 cals a day including exercise cals, so eat back some of those if your net dips…

This is a great resource, lots of people here to help!

Remember you do have control over yourself and you CAN do it!
