  • 184 I gained a few pounds back. Working on getting that last lb. off. So I can say by the end of the month I've lost 10 lbs.!
  • I haven't thrown in the towel yet. Given into a few cravings yes and ate to much for the super bowl. Really saw it on the scale. Back on the horse though and hoping to stay on track.
  • Woohoo! I lost 2 more pounds! Changed up my food to a bigger breakfast. That seems to have done the trick! Oh and monthly is gone. I swear that water weight is so depressing.
