    Hi! I sent you a friend request. I signed up here at the beginning of the month. I love it! If you are faithful in putting in what you eat, you will notice weight slowly coming off. Best thing I have discovered. I can still cheat if I just need that piece of cake or chocolate. I just work the rest of the day around it. Or better yet I just exercise more to burn it off.
