Also have PCOS here too, just bought an Insulin resistance book and given up bread (lots less bloated now...) Lost 5 pound in a month, but hoping however slowly I will see better results soon x WELL DONE!!!!!

Hey Little Guys & Girls, Im only 5'0 and have just started my MFP journey, have cuts cals down to 1200 (struggling to get them all most days) and getting to the gym at least five times a week! have taken a before photo so hopefully it wont be too long before I can post my after too! Thanks Guys!! i have started thinking about the gym, i love running but im so hefty at the minute I think id break my knees! Im trying to walk two miles per day and am getting faster each time! I have the iphone app for this which i find invaluble! x
