Hello All! I actually gained this week...i have been intaking more carbs due to 3 races 3 weekends in a row, but I feel strong, so its ok!

Grt! I have rolled off the wagon since im.in the midst of race season and carb load before the races, then it gets hard to drop the carbs and go R for primal. Lol! It's so hard! ;)

Wow! Everyone is motivated! Awesome! I haven't weighed myself since last week, but I expect to do so when I get home in a few days. It's so hard to eat well when traveling for work.ughhh...

Changing it up for this week's goals since I was injured during Krav Maga :/ 1-NO ALCOHOL 2-Maintin at daily caloric goal 3-HYDRATE !!! 64oz/dy Have a grt week,folks! ;)

Hows everyone doing?? I had a setback while at Epcot Wine/Dine (again- twice this month! ) LOL! But I just couldnt resist fireball shots, sangria, and Canadian beer...and then it was downhill from there...hahahaha! But, its ok. Its not a huge set back. Keep it real and have fun, everyone! :)

Ok! Off to a new week. Goal 1- Workout 4/wk (includes Combat training) Goal 2- Preplan Lunches (Mon/ Fri) Goal 3- Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! 64 oz each day! Have a great week everyone! :)

Sometimes it takes days for the body to release the weight...additionally, depending on the type of work out, you may have built up lactic acid. Dont sweat it and keep looking forward! You will get there! :)

hard boiled eggs are easy and filling....apples/pears....almond butter on apples are yummy, too, and quite satisfying ;)

ok...super happy over here! Started- 161 (10/5) Today- 153 (10/16) Goal 1- 145 Goal 2- 140 (Dec-Jan) Im hoping to shed some weight so that my body doesnt suffer on long runs and to get prepared for next season's trainings....is that too much to ask for????? Geez, so hard!!!

Awesome! you can do it with determination! I just had to cook up some chicken breast and boil some eggs to throw in a salad....something for each day of the week thru Fri :) Because last 2 weeks I was BAD....REAL BAAAAD! (but it was so gooooood! LOL! )
