I agree you should eat over your BMR. If you did nothing but lay in bed all day you'd burn 1522, obviously you are doing more than that so you need to fuel yourself accordingly. Your body is like a car, it needs fuel to run. I would suggest around1600calories per day. Give it at least a couple of weeks. Check your settings…

if you want to see a a difference in body shape you will likely need to incoporate some type of strength training along with your running. make sure you are eating all your calories plus exercise calories as if you are netting too low you will likely plateau

In my opinion the best way to overcome this, is to look at yourself as a complete package from top to bottom. When you buy a car do you look just at the doors and boot? No, you look at the car from roof to wheels, bonnet to boot. People are the same, when they look at you they are not just looking at your thighs or…

I agree, it is great to be able to track your progress in time, speed, distance. i use mapmyrun.com which details the distances etc on a calandar to track these. i am aiming to run 70km this month so it will be easy for me to track, oh and its free
-

^^^this, give your body fuel, it needs it!
-
you'd be fine on 2 or 3. personally i dont notice much of a difference running between a treadmill and outdoors. completed a duathalon and did most of my training on the treadmill with afew outdoor runs here and there. you will be fine. good luck for ur 5km run

OMFG! seriously i am sooo impressed. well done, you must be so proud of yourself!

thats great that you are eating healthy. i see you have been a member since december and no weightloss yet tracked. i would suggest upping your calories, you could change ur settings to loose 1/2lb per week which may give you an extra 200-300cals. by doing so it is providing your body with more fuel for your daily…

the past is the past, so i wouldnt think about how many calories you were eating while you were breastfeeding. start thinking in the now, i cant see your food diary to give suggestions, perhaps you could change it to public. what are your goal settings at? ie is it the recommended loose 1lb per week? also how many calories…
