men vs woman calorie intake

today i have added a couple of extra columns to my food diary. one of particular interest was sugar. today's sugar level was over double the recommended amount. this leads me to wonder how much sugar is too much sugar in your diet? started doing some research online this is an interesting read...…

sore muscles? more exercise
i did my first lot of strength training on tuesday. it is now thurs and my muscles are still sore. i have already had one rest day so should i be exercising today regardless and pushing through it? i usually run for my exercise, what intensity would you recommend today? thanks for ur help

i have been exercising alot this year. only had two rest days in january. i have heard from many sources how important rest days so my goal is to have at least two per week starting now. i managed one on monday and was hoping to make tomorrow another rest day, but i cant help thinking it would be soo nice to go for a run.…
