My BMI is current 22.7... I'm aiming for around 20. But really, I don't pay that much attention to BMI since I am in normal. I'm instead concentrating on toning up! Paying attention to inches rather than lbs/bmi.0

mine is 21 exact:happy: but my goal is around 19.5 because that's what I used to be and it looked awesome:happy: !!0
-
Mine is almost off the chart. Oy! I can't wait to be down to a "normal" weight.0
-
mine has just hit 25 for the first in years! also what is you goal bmi?
Mine is 22... goal is 20.5 ~ I'm 5'6"

21.5..ick. =/0

right now it's 19.8, but my weight goes up and down a lot, so it'll probably be 20+ when I weigh myself later
I don't really have a goal bmi... my goal weight is 100, so my bmi would be just under 18.50 -
30. I'm considered very overweight according to BMI, even though I'm at 19% body fat.

30.7 Yikes! :noway:0
-
Currently 26.7, aiming for around 230
-
It's 19.90
-
29.... working to change that but in all honesty bmi is stupid
body fat % is more what it is about to me
For example, a footy player can have 6% body fat and a crap load of muscle and be counted as "obese"0 -

Exactly what I am talking about!!!0 -
At my highest weight of 215 pounds, my BMI was 33.7 - today, it is at 25.8. Still a long way to go, but feels good to have made progress!0

390

As others have pointed out, it's only a rough guide, and for very muscular people it can be misleading.
Mine is currently hovering just over 25, and I'm aiming to get it under that. I don't have a specific target bmi, I go more by how my clothes fit.0 -
Mines 29.4 & my goal is whatever it is when I finally reach my goal weight haha0
-
310
-
24.4 my goal is about 20 I think. It all depends on how I feel.0
-
Mine is 58. My goal is 24.0
-
Hovering around 18-19. Used to be 27!0
-
22.8
My goal is whatever it is when I'm happy to stop losing weight. I'm guessing around 19-20.0 -
A BMI of less than 19 is NOT healthy for a woman. Yours is way at the low end... and basically awesome.0
-
24.4 which is just inside the healthy range. However I will be going over this by putting on muscle. This is actually an inaccurate way to measure your health and weight.
Here in Australia they are now leaning towards waist size over BMI.. Pretty much if you are between a certain measurement around the waist then you are at a high risk of diabetes. BMI is being frowned upon these days and the doctors in Australia or encouraging people to measure their waists rather than using this BMI Method.
In my honest opinion I do not think anyone should be relying on a BMI reading... But listening to their body and getting the waist measurements down and just eating a much healthier lifestyle.
here is the website that is trying to encourage us Aussies to become healthier.

This to me is a much more realistic approach to this.0 -
Mine is 26.0, I just looked LOL.
Only joined here today, put on several pounds over Christmas, I really have to shift the excess!0
