Are you sure its the Birth Control! If you are breast feeding you really should not "diet", you need (if I remember right) and extra 500 calories a day when breast feeding. So say you are given 1200 cals a day... you need to take in 1700 cals BUT healthy calories.

I put gold bond powder in my gym shoes... after each work out I put some powder in each shoe and tap the shoe so it cover the whole inside. even after the weight loss it can take some time for your skin to "shrink" I am worried as well, BUT I have been told not to skip on milk as it contains elastin and thats what helps your skin "shrink"

You can make almost any fast food place fit your needs.... Just ask I will ask for no cheese ,sauce on the side, No fries and get a side salad. Fast food is not an everyday thing but sometimes, with our busy lives it happens..... JUST ASK. Most places will do what you want, to keep you happy.

not a good idea.... will make you feel ill, its an acid, have some tums or zantac on hand! I do know someone that tried it years ago when it was the hot diet "trick".... yah she lost weight but not because it makes you loss weight, but because it made her feel ill and she could not eat her meals. She now has to take zantac…

I do 30 mins on the treadmill but ulternate incline 15 speed 3.5-4 mph and incline 0 speed 4.5-5 mph heart rate average 155 then I do 40-60 mins on the Elliptical I keep my heart rate around 140-165

After your work out you need to refuel.... your kindeys have somewhere to put the water (back into your cells) but if you are not doing the work outs and just drinking the water.... where is it going to go... it can sit in your system thats when you can have issues

if you want to over drink water go ahead... if your kidneys don't shut down you will have a heart attack, is fast weight loss really worth your health.

Doctors Know about nutrition! They have to know the body as a whole and how it functions this includes nutrition! Yes and if you want a good base see a Dietarian not a nutritionist!
