I wondered that myself, so when that popped up one day, I put it on my calendar for 5 weeks out. I did meet that goal one time, the other time I put it on there, I did not. So, it can happen, if you eat similar to what your goal states for that particular day. :)

I also like Kashi go lean crunch - if you sprinkle some cinnamon on it and eat it dry, its a great snack! Im currently obsessed with honey nut cheerios and rice krispies. Im not too adventurious.

I dont know, I asked this same question under the technical support area. My husband has lost 17 lbs and its asked him twice now if he wants to recalculate and each time he';s said yes....but yet his calories havent changed. *shrug*

Because you're simply not going to lose weight every single week. It just doesnt happen. If you feel you are doing everything right, keep on doing it. Its basic math - calories in, calories out. You will continue to lose if you are burning more calories than you are taking in. No reason to be baffled or frustrated over…

Started today. Oy! Didnt really have much of a problem - legs were burning and I realized how badly I need a new bra.

This was around 1:30 or so....I had eaten a couple of hours before the workout. Just seemed strange to me, and even though Im completely out of shape (just had a baby 10 weeks ago)....I have never been tired like this after a work out in the past.
