I was actually going to cut out the cereal in the morning. Do you think I'll feel better towards the end of the day? If I was gluten intolerant why would I still be in pain and have the symptoms at 10pm at night when the only gluten containing thing in my diet today was eaten at 5:30am? :O

It doesn't growl cause I'm hungry. If I eat anything about 5 min after finishing the meal I can feel my stomach trying to digest it and you can hear it. My parents make comments on how loud it is.

I've yet to vomit, but I do have pain in my abdomen and a "full feeling" (bloating), like someone is standing on my stomach.

I eat cereal for breakfast. lactaid milk (lactose intolerant), I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I try to be as clean as possible.

I was averaging about 1200 calories per day. I've always had some sort of nausea, it's just been getting worse. No, actually after I workout I feel a lot better.

I've also heard just drinking a glass of water and waiting 10 min could do the trick as well. Since I'm never hungry when I want a cookie.. it just is something that makes me happy in that moment.. but makes me feel regretful when I overeat them at the end.

Thank you guys. I actually added a treat to my diet every other day so that I don't feel deprived of sweets. It is my TOM, maybe that's why I've been so hungry for those types of treats.. or should I say craving.
