Lol there should be a 5 ft club lol we would all rock it. I started my journey at almost 5 ft 1 weight 198 and so far as of last weight check almost 2 weeks ago I'm down to 176. That is a lot of hard work so don't see yourself short you are doing freaking awesome:)

My suggestion for you is to keep a diary log if you track what you are eating you can figure out where you are gaining the weight. The most important part is to be truthful with yourself and not lie on your diary. Once you have tracked what you ate for a couple of weeks then you can see where you need improve ie eat more…

Thanks guys:) I do live near a Trader Joe's. I have never been in it but now I am going to have to make a special stop. As far as eating the veggies, my kids love vegetables, they just get bored real fast with them and I have never heard of stone soup I will def. take a look at it. You guys are all great!
