Crisps/chips and chips/fries. Well, I excluded them a long time ago because I just don't like them, really. I also don't eat brown cheese despite being Norwegian, due to lactose intolerance. i had a raw tomato once a year in hope I'd quit hating it, but I've given up on that now. seriously, totally quitting anything I like…

Six years of living together, ended with a phonecall.. "You're kinda more like an older sister to me.. Ohh, yeah.. And I don't deserve you, you're too good for me.. AND I need some time for myself. But we're still friends, right?" Yeah. How many clichès CAN you put in one break-up? :p (Of course, what I heard was "you're…

A pal on here had not logged in during the past three days, so of course, that "(....) has not logged in" message. She got an "WTG!" reply on it. No, I don't think people check diaries, some people clearly don't know at all what they're commenting!

Also grown up Norwegian, but.. I don't recognize the sugar part. I didn't get heavy on the sugar until moving out. The lows in life was handled with talking, the highs were usually celebrated with fatty foods more than sugary... (Calorie wise, I think I'd preferred the sugar :p) However, I DO have a sweet tooth, and it's a…

I don't record it, but I do get on the scales. It's reached the point where when I've suddenly gained 3-5 unexplainable pounds, I take it as a sign that I need to make sure I got certain products in my purse...

Next step:" I want to help my country but need an education, and can not afford it.." It's already implied in the first message, so that the scammer got something to build on. Please report this!

All of THESE.. (Except from the move). + proving my grandma wrong, and not feeling awkward about my boyfriend calling me "pretty little you". Because I do. I really do.

My first name means "wife" or "bride" in old Norse apparently. I'm named after a Norse goddess.. My middle name means "gorgeous" "splendid" or "magnificent". I guess my parents wanted me to be a trophy wife? :p

Do you use an HRM to calculate your exercise calories, or MFP guesswork? It seems like it's always exactly 500?
-
Of course I log it. I eat it! I look back through my diary, (might be checking out a week I lost more or less, comparing those) and if I don't log it, that would leave me with results that might be untrue. Also. It has calories, I am aiming for a deficit.

I have a b12 defciency (even as a meat eater).. I can't quite seeing that being "cured" by going vegetarian? Also, switching diets can indeed help with certain illnesses, the ketogenic diet is used to control epilepsy in children. (no, I'm not a low-carber myself. I however have a lot of epilepsy in the family) Different…

On Saturdays. I didn't know there was a theory behind it, I just happened to begin "overeating" on Saturdays when my SO returned from a loong stay away, as he wanted us to have one day a week together when I wasn't "thinking calories" and pulling out my trusted food scales constantly. I eat whatever I want that day, and…

1: communication, communication, communication. 2:Trust, loyalty, respect and all that. To me those are pretty much the same the same. 3: Caring for eachother and actually liking eachother. I've loved men that I still didn't like. (Sounds weird, but is possible...) And.. My SO pretty much lets me do whatever I want.. He's…

Sure. about as long as I can remember. Not just for being fat tho, but also for having a dead mother (I was raised by my grandma, and kids have a tendency to think living with your grandparents means getting what you want every day), for wearing hand-me-downs, for early development as well. I got a couple of beatings from…

Norway here.. And it's gone from cold to VERY cold over night :P

A combination of things.. A 12 hour busride where my knee was in horrible pain the whole trip just because I'd walked too much before! :o The realization that my children quite possibly would be bullied over having a fat mother. My oldest son getting an diagnose within the Autism Spectrum, forcing me to realize I might at…

"How nice of you using me as an example of the SAFE way of doing this. Might want to clean up your language tho, 'hun. And be careful not to harm yourself!"

I didn't. Then he lost an insane amount of weight... Now I'm suddely getting all his old sweats "Because they're just falling off of me". They WILL be falling of of me as well!

I put my goal weight to the weight I was when I was last a healthy size. It might change if my muscle mass change and everything from what it was then.

I knit. And write letters to my pen pals. And look for interesting recipes. I'm a grandma trapped in a 27 year old body..
-
Don't give up! You have the tools right here to make it! It might not be fast, it might not be easy.. But speaking from experience, living with an heavy body isn't too easy either. The weight might fluctuate, but as you get into this, the numbers it sometimes hover around will be lower! Have small goals. Don't beat…

I'm doing it that way, and at least so far it's working well. To me it wouldn't be a realistic lifestyle change if I didn't still eat the kinds of things I always will be eating anyway. I don't eat all my exercise calories as I don't have a heart rate monitor and the "guessing" at calories burned could be way off. I work…

Have you set the settings to "sedetary lifestyle"? Remember, when you work out, move around, you will gain more calories. That you can eat.
