I LOVE Kind bars - peanut butter dark chocolate.. But @ 7 g of protein, it's more of a snack, that tastes like a candy bar. 200 calories, 17 carbs. Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew is delicious too. I use Dream Protein and Greens first (sometimes together for a "meal replacement" and it is delicious. I use almond milk, or coconut milk to mix in it.
