Do you want to lose weight or improve your health? They are not necessarily synonyms, especially where mental wellbeing and longevity come into play.

Football shin pads under long socks? (Yes, football, not handegg) I often bleed a little while deadlifting but the knurling is pretty crap on the bar I use at my gym so cleaning it doesn't take long :P

What do you have to eat/drink post workout? When I was working out earlier in the day, 300ml of chocolate milk made all the difference.

An increase in carbs can affect an immediate weight gain; increased carbs allow for increased glycogen storage, which in turn allows for more water storage. BUT, it is NOT fat. Glycogen is an immediate energy source used for explosive movement.

How it's portrayed here, where the laws of physics are reversed once you go below 1200 calories, yes it is BS. But, adapative thermogenesis, and energy deficits being made up from muscle, bone etc. once you exceed your body's ability to metabolise fat are real consequences to very low calorie diets.

Shocking. The ones under no restriction were fatter than the ones that were. The time of the day has no relevance to that.

No it doesn't.

Just the effects of gravity. You could probably avoid it if you made a conscious effort to suck in your abs all day, but aint nobody got time for that.

If you're here long enough, you will come to understand the frustration of the same nonsensical questions popping up over and over. I think it's good for the wider community that some choose to challenge and correct misinformation when it is presented as fact. I also think it's good that people won't necessarily validate…

No, just pointing out there's quite a difference between us - ala the weight isn't important or contributory.

Oh - would probably make more sense if it said "I can choose not to rape or sexually assault people". Sorry about that!
-
Your confusion confuses me  I have gotten in a few fights, especially when I was younger and going out drinking more often, in defense of someone being harassed.

I can choose not to rape or sexually assault people. That tends to help. You can also help by kicking the everliving **** out of people that do. *edit for clarity

As part of a broader nutrition, health and fitness class, absolutely yes. It would have to be part of a curriculum that has already emphasised the importance of eating properly, and exercising regularly, for it to be a positive experience.

1. No 2. No. If you feel physically exhausted, then you're done. Sweating is just about temperature management. 3. All my soreness subsides after a few hours, unless I haven't trained for a couple of weeks. 4. RDLs should definitely activate the hamstrings more than anything. Squats, it depends entirely on stance and form.…

Under quick tools, there is an option that says Copy to Today so you can reuse entries. I don't really know what to say about you being stuck. Personally, I would eat more and train more.
