You've read nonsense about clean eating somewhere, haven't you? Stop reading that crap. If you must have a guideline, read about IIFYM.

Bodyweight - That's normal. A barbell shifts you centre of gravity forward by comparison anyway. If you can get into a deep squat position with your chest up, even if you have a hand on something to stabilise you, you should be fine to squat with a barbell. If your front squat was way forward, you need more of a heel in…

Can you squat down deep, flat footed, without any addiitonal weight? If not, it's likely that flexibility is an issue, either in the hip, knee or ankle or all of the above.

Unless you hit her in the head with your wedding tackle in the process of sitting down, more than likely they were talking about something private.

Searching for Colin Campbell doesn't really help. I've just tried, and can't find any studies done by him, so a direct link would be helpful despite your indignation. Edit; found a Youtube video, with some guys talking on a podium sponsored by vegsource.com ; not really that compelling.

Very informative and convincing response there.

Pros: 1. False. Our appendix is an organ for dealing with raw meat, that no longer functions because we've evolved not to need it. Nails - we have tools to kill with. Most herbivores spend a lot more of the day eating than we do. 2. Vegetables are affected by this too. 3. Maybe the US farms are more like that, but all the…

You mean in offseason? If so, I think Lee Priest is the most noted for his offseason bulk. If you mean which bodybuilder has the most muscle, that'd probably Ronnie Coleman.

I weigh every day Monday-Friday, and just record the new lowest weight whenever it happens.

Nothing to do with eating less than my 21kg dog every 24 hours then, huh?

Classy. FWIW, I think they'd be more attractive with more fat on them, but this woman is probably prepping for a bodybuildinng competition.

If you've been overweight a while, they've had to support your weight all that time. Silly little calves wouldn't be able to.

You missed where the Harvard researchers stated the calories are the important factor then.

Strictly speaking from my experience, the first week back after any time off results in a much greater amount of swelling than the following weeks, but there is always some swelling following a training session. I'll see if I can get someone more knowledgable than I to better answer your question. I've no experience of…
