You look great right now, so talk to your advisor and see if they'd be okay with you maintaining at the weight you are for a while, before making further adjustment.

What hormones do you imagine they put in protein powder?

I was about to say it could be Gyno if everything else is flattening out, but Apollo beat me to it.

Building some muscle certainly won't hurt at that weight, and she'll gain a bit of fat along with it, and yeah a shake or two a day is fine if she's eating a varied diet otherwise. Please do not use the word BULK in any conversation with her, ever, btw.

That's Mark Bell. I'd say powerlifting builds some decent muscle :P

I technically have asthma, but I swam regularly for 6 - 18 and haven't had to use my inhaler at all since I was about 14. In my experience, it does improve but it takes a LOT of time.

The very first line in all this quoting. Also note, I said "it seems", so if I'm wrong, just correct me. No need to get rageful.

Because people have presented you a plethora of information and it seems you've chosen to remain ignorant. Anyway, weightloss is not a linear process. I've had weeks where I didn't lose a thing, followed by a week dropping 4lbs+. Impatience will be your downfall if you continue to leap from one plan to another.

Video is blocked here too :p Can't go giving the great British public the wrong idea about health and fitness. Anyway, if this is the American Ninja Warrior girl, she's hella cool.

What about literal roaring?

Whenever you want. Eating before bed is only a problem if disturbs your sleep.

I got 1650. I fell off the rails pretty quick.

MFP assumes you'll eat back exercise calories as well, don't forget - so his allowance will be higher the days he logs those calories in. If 1500 is too little, just set it to 1lb a week.

I put reindeer antlers on my dog at Christmas, but that's about it

Sure, whatever floats your boat. But, FYI; it isn't the lifting alone that causes hypertrophy, and if you'd much rather use your time away with the smallest dumbbells known to man, go ahead.

He means you have actual measurable results from a specific intake, which gives you a data set to work from and work out what your ACTUAL deficit was. Anyway, aim for gaining 0.5lbs a week, eat 150g protein minimum per day. Carbs and fats aren't too important.

I love F2P, hate P2W. I don't have a single **** to give if a developer wants to charge for vanity or customisation options, so long as any paid-for features do not affect my gameplay.

Drink MOAR water

Steve Rogers, is that you?

Define cardio. 20 mins on the treadmill is no biggy, but every calorie you burn, you're gonna have to make back up in food if you want to build any muscle. My advice is eat at a small surplus, lift on a structured programme and keep cardio to a minimum.

Just a casual reminder that general protein recommendations are for your average sedentary person of average weight, not looking to lose or gain weight. And that need =/= optimal.

I bought some decent Adidas trainers just 'cos I do a lot of walking nowadays, but they're not specifically running shoes. I'll see if I can find the style - they cost me about £45. Edit; closest I can find is Daily Vulc

As an aside - why restrict so heavily? It's unnecessary - you don't look especially short, you're male and you're not THAT old so your metabolism is probably decent. A bit more food, and you'd have MORE energy, be better able to preserve LBM, and would have some more freedom in choices for mental wellbeing. Edit for…

As an older lady this is even more foolish than a teen doing it. Goodbye bones and any semblance of non-essential muscle, hello weak heart.

It won't be building much of anything until your calorie intake exceeds your output - i.e. when you start gaining, rather than losing.
