 Anyway - abs and butt? Deadlift.

Their diets are very carefully monitored behind the scenes, so the calories they do take in are very thoroughly planned out. Loose skin is a very individual thing, and can't really be attributed to any one way of losing weight, as far as I know. So long as you lose more fat than LBM, your bodyfat percentage will drop.…

No.

Does it fit your macros? Also, herbalife is overpriced. Get a generic protein shake when you run out.

Do you weigh and measure your food? If not, you don't really know how much you're eating, and 1800 cals in your head could easily surpass 3000 calories in reality.
-
Purely losing weight does not mean the percentage of fat in your body falls. Unless you do something to alter your body composition, you just ended up looking a smaller, still chubby, person.

That's a hex/trap bar then

I think they mean a hex bar

Everybody has back problems these days, from too many hours camped on the sofa or in front of a computer, and deadlifts are difficult. So, there's two excuses not to do them. Thing is, if more people did deadlifts, they would find their back problems alleviated at least to some degree. As for me, I do deadlift. A little…

I gain about 4-5lbs from Friday into Monday most weeks. It comes off again by Friday, and more.

The fuse is lit.

I get it whenever I do a lot of walking without really doing anything with my hands. No idea what causes it - blood flow being prioritised elsewhere maybe? IDK.

Ah, an Islamic state I would guess? Not that it really matters. Is there any possibility of getting the basic equipment for lifting in your house/apartment? If not, YAYOG is probably your best bet - the Android App is pretty good and I assume they have one for IOS too.

Liquid chalk gets my vote. My hands get very sweaty without it.

You don't need a gym "for women". Exercise stimulus works, for all intents and purposes, the same for everyone. If you want to lift, join a regular gym with free weights. No need to overcomplicate it.

She knows more than me - listen to her :D

Sounds like blood sugar to me. Have you been tested for diabetes?

Oreos. If I buy them, I do so knowing that I will consume the entire pack in about five minutes.

Hello, person, presumably sitting on a piece of furniture, in a house, powered by electricity, connected to a digital data network that spans the entirety of the world, typing on a man made machine, wearing clothes and makeup.

Set it to 1lb a week at most.. It's 10lbs - not a lot of weight. Why are you trying to rush 10 pounds? Edit; expletives.

lol

Nobody is being mean by holding a mirror to you. You have major food issues. Eating less than 1k a day at 18? You're still growing FFS. Get help.

It will, up until you've built enough where no more is necessary. At that point, long distance running becomes a matter of cardiovascular and technical efficiency.

20lbs a month is a bad idea. Eat well, train hard and let the timeframe sort itself out. Imposing a deadline, especially when you're so young and have all the time in the world, seems like a bad idea.

Their muscle is less developed (in terms of hypertrophy) than say, a sprinter or weightlifter. Muscles can become larger or smaller, and that's it - you can't change the skeletal attachment points.

Meh, I tried low carb briefly, but it was unsustainable. Aside from the options available being highly restricted, I never got past the lethargy and fogginess which was a dangerous thing to be suffering from when driving in London. Can't advise it. Seems silly.
