Losing body fat faster than muscle, so the ratio is changing favourably.

It might be a way off before your actual phone could do that, but there's no technical limitation I can think of now that would prevent someone adapting a scale to work via your phone's usb port...

Not scary.

Humans are incapable of photosynthesis and have no means to convert kinetic energy for use in the body, so our only means of consuming energy is in the form of food and the calories within food. So long as you have more energy going out than you're eating, you're going to be at a net loss of energy, and as per science,…

Unless you have a medical reason to do so, there's no real need to avoid sugar.

Yup.

Sweating. Lots of sweating. Minimal carb and salt intake pre-weigh in.

So long as I can pick them up, it's not a big deal.

Your admission of ED, paired with your username and this thread are a very worrying combination.

A symptom OF disability maybe, but you're not disabled BECAUSE you're fat. That's just silly.

If it's something that happens once a week, it's probably a non-issue. If it's every night, you'll have to explain that it makes it difficult for you to lose weight when dinner is so calorie laden. Sidenote; fat in itself is not inherently bad. Dietary fat is good for you. The only problem is it's easy to overindulge fat,…

London 1. You can't breathe the air some days because it is smog, not air. 2. Your home borough is conveniently ignored because only the nice bits of London get shown to the world 3. Everything costs about £1,000,000 more than everywhere else 4. You can't understand anyone north or south of the M25 5. You spend an…

Just a note to say; your lower back could be tweaking because of the smith - it forces you through a directly vertical axis of movement, where a natural squat movement involes some lateral movement. Avoid squatting in it for a little while if you can and see if any pain/discomfort dissipates.
