The trick is to think about water everytime your body is hungry. For instance, if I have already eaten something and i am still hungry, I fill up a large 32 oz cup of water and finish it before my next meal so in that way I will be full and won't eat much of the meal I have cooked/bought.

On the days I don't exercise, I managed to maintain the 1330 calories that MFP gives me but on the days I do exercise, I burn at least 500. You can do it. Is there a theory about apples being high in carbs? I mainly eat apples because that's the only fruit I like whole. The other fruits, I prefer them in a smoothie.

That is true, but I tend to eat foods that are not good.. How can you not avoid processed foods when basically that's 90% of the grocery section in stores?

Hi everyone! I'm from Louisiana, but been living in Dallas area for 5 years. I lived in Dallas, Then Richardson, Back to Dallas, Then Allen, and Back to Dallas. It's best that you eat back half of the calories you burned. For instance, say if you are on a 1500 cal a day and you burned about 600 that leaves you with 900 to eat...now we all know we ain't going to eat a full 900, so what I do is eat about 350 to 400 for those during dinner.
