I agree you can make up your own but Jillian does so a lot with circuits in her videos.

Get a hula hoop!! It's fun to do this while watching tv - probably doesn't burn as many calories but still a good work out!

I have my coffee before I run and I have a little lighter breakfast but still eat. I just get up way early to be sure I have enough time to let it flow through lol I would say shorts as well!!

I buy Sara Lee's whole wheat 45 slice bread. Sometimes I will buy a store brand Italian bread that has the same calories. I just like the wheat better but the store brand is cheaper.

I am training for a 1/2 marathon that is about a month a way. I have been trying to work on speed and tempo but don't do a great job lol I figure if I can do it in 2 1/2 hours I will be happy.

I use loseit most often. I also have ifitness - not a huge fan of this one but shows you how to do different types of exercise for different parts of the body. I have this as well and did it on Monday evening. Man what a great workout. I don't have a kettlebell so I used a 5 lb dumbell. I have a similiar situation. My DH has a terminal lung disease and he is worried that I will or want to find some one else. All I can do is keep reassuring him that is not the case. It's not so much that my DH is jealous but more just feels left out.

LOVE yoga and the way it makes me feel! The strength that is required for poses is incredible. Just keep pushing yourself! I so want to get Bob's new yoga dvd!

If you don't have a place that can help you then I would do a lot of research online. Check different forums - I know that Runner's world gives a lot of reviews on different shoes. I would check there as well.

Nike + GPS is awesome! I had used the nike + with the chip since October of last year. I have went through 5 transmitters so it was great when they came out with this. It has been pretty much spot on too!!

I would say do some yoga - it is really good to stretch and limber up the body.
