Just once a week!! If I feel a little bloated or what not i might weigh other times but only count once a week.

I use lotion but for me I am older and having 2 kids - things are just like they were before lol I know losing slowly and keeping yourself very hydrated is a good thing.

The only ones i know of are apps for phones - I have a couple for my iphone. Lose it and my fitness pal. I think live strong has one too.

I did but then found out I have an under active thyroid. Since being on meds that has really lessened. Probably best to go to the dr and talk to your dr about this issues. Could be something more hormonal.

I feel your pain times infinity! I get so cold all the time and the guys at work think I am nuts. I have to go out into the heat to get warm enough lol

Me neither! I don't have one meal that is that many calorie usually lol I might break 500 but not very often and not for breakfast unless I am actually doing a brunch.

You could not count it and see how your weight loss is going. If you seem to be losing too much to quick then adjust accordingly. That's what I would do.

I did mine from when I started my journey in May of '09. No way am I not gonna record that I had lost over 100 lbs before joining here!!

I agree about the specialty store. I bought 4 pairs before finally getting a pair that was actually RIGHT for me! Of course it didnt help that I have a bunion and my feet shrank with weight loss lol But you will be happier if you get some to fit you and will have less chances of having trouble.

You can't make her do anything more than what she wants but when she sees your results she may want to push harder too. I think it's a good idea to go separately.

I agree with the others - just finding that mantra inside yourself that helps you to keep going. For me I think about what I have done so far and sometimes its other runners I see around me. I think heck they can do it I can too!!! I also do the I will just run 5 minutes and walk or whatever and sometimes I can get myself…

I just googled races in my area. I was lucky to come across a local store that keeps a calendar of all the events in my area. Also you could try runners world web site - they have some listed there usually.

I do some strength training and yoga in the mornings but most of my cardio comes from running or walking. I do an elliptical maybe once a month. I do monitor what I eat as well. I have lost over 100 lbs with this so ya I think you can lose weight. Like someone else said I don't think you can shovel it in and expect to lose…

I love it but have been through 5 of the dang things since I started using it. Since iPhone upgraded I have had a lot of trouble with it but finally able to get it to work but can't use certain parts of it :(

I have the same issue. I know some of it has tightened up but chances are most of it will not go away on it's own. I have been overweight for about 20 years now. It bugs me some but I don't let it get to me too much. NO matter what I am healthier than what I was before and I can still do those things that I have dreamed of…
