For me it's a time and an anxiety issue that I dont got to the gym. I am hoping in the future I can get over this! lol I do have a treadmill at home and I do have hand weights and resistance bands. I know I could probably have a better chance of getting toned from a gym though.

What kind of exercise are you doing? What are you eating? How many calories? A lot of times it is a matter that maybe you aren't logging your food correctly or over compensating exercise.

I agree with going to a store. I went through 5 pairs of shoes trying to figure it out on my own before finally going and get the right shoes. I have a bunion and over pronate as well - I was buying shoes too short and not wide enough lol

As everyone else had already told you - that is how you start! Just keep adding and you will get there. When I first started running I would run from one light pole to the next - so maybe 15 secs if that lol

You can do whatever you set your mind to doing! Of course it is better to do some outside running but if you can't you can't. I am sure you will do just fine!! The fact that you are making this choice is what counts and you will come out a winner no matter what!

It could be because of the stroller you were pushing - did you walk at all? Maybe your program was off too. I know that when I first started I had a pedometer that I carried and I had put my stride length in wrong and it was saying I was only going x but I was going y lol Made a big difference. Even if it is right - you…

I have been researching something like this myelf and it seems like Power 90 which is the same guy as the p90x and it's only 35 minutes.

I include it as well - when I use my nike + it gives me a break down of my ave pace and the calories burn. So that includes my warmup and cool down.

I think they look awesome but wonder if I could use them with my bunion :(

I am sure she will adjust as well. Some kids just take longer than others but she will get there! At least you got the compliments even with the stubble lol just avoid letting anyone actually touch them ha I know for me I can get a away with it a little bit because my hair is light and I am pretty tan right now!

I do mine after I have eaten. I am not a great planner lol
-
Count me in as well - I have reached my goal and not focusing on staying on track and getting toned!

Mostly just me!!! My BIL used to run with me sometimes but I think I am too slow for him lol

Yoga definitely helps with flexibility. I love Jillian's Yoga Meltdown but not for beginners. There is always a Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. I am sure there are tons of other yoga ones but haven't really tried them. Pilates is a a good choice too but it's more movement.

Once a week for me - only if it's changed. Now that I am maintaining it doesnt get updated often.

For me it's been pretty much the last to go away. I just keep running and working out and eating right. Just hoping it will go some day lol If not I am still much better off than I was before!

Logging your food and your exercise is a great way to get started! It is about getting healthy for me as well and the weight loss is a bonus :)

Awesome message!! TY for posting this!

I don't make any changes. I know it's going to happen and allow myself an extra treat if I really feel like I am gonna rip someone's head off if I dont lol ok maybe I am not that extreme. I do know that I show a bit of a level or gain the week before but the next week it seems to take care of itself.

I agree with Erickirb - light weights and do curls and tricep extensions. Over head presses are good as well. I can only do pushups on my knees lol I can maybe do 5 the "normal" way but have a tough time with those as well.
-
I used those as well but they annoyed me mostly lol I finally got to the point I took mine off for a few months. After I reached my goal my DH decided he wanted it back on and paid for it to be resized hehe

I know mine is off but I have a rug in the living room where the wii fit is at. It weighs me about 5 - 6 lbs lighter than my scale.

Saucony *sp* is a good brand for wide feet. I have a bunion and have a pair of Nike structure that come in wide width. One other thing is there is a way to lace your shoes to make it so your heel will tighten down so you dont have that movement in the back. Google lacing shoes for a bunion or something like that. It's the…
