Ii also have been on and off WW for years. Ultimately, I think you need to know how many calories you can consume and still maintain your weigh loss. It's less about the program you use and more about the programming in your brain about food, overall health, and fitness. Please feel free to add me as a friend, anyone!

I am very interested in how this works. I want to eat as much as I can and maintain my loss and reach my goal one day. More than that, I really want to be healthy and fit. I think this just might be the way to do it.
