    How did you stay motivated for so long!? i have a problem with giving up easily. but im very impressed with your story.

    Small things really helped. At first it was seeing the numbers on the scale go down consistently. Then it was dropping sizes, and eventually it was doing things that I couldn't before. Running for miles, doing crossfit, killin it at boot camp, getting good at salsa dancing, it just has really become what I do, I don't even have to think about it, or make myself workout :)
