  • read this: Overcoming Binge Eating by Christopher Fairburn. amazing book - tells you all about bulimia/binge eating disorder and takes you through steps based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to overcome binge eating.
  • Soup! make it yourself or buy some ready made - there are loads out there around 100 kcals, or google recipes... It's really filling too because of all the water, and super healthy because of all the veg.
  • Swimming is great for low impact cardio, and do lots of core stability work that strengthens your lower back and core muscles to prevent further injury! Also I'd recommend going to a pilates class and tell the teacher about your back problems - they should give you some moves for core stability, plus it's a fun workout...…
