I lost weight without exercising too much. However, I FEEL better when I exercise and I find that I am able to make better food choices when I've 'moved' a bit. I have a pool and I try to swim a few times a week (weather permitting). Swimming is an excellent exercise because it engages so many of your muscles at once.…

I have major salt cravings!! My quick fix is tomato juice with a zesty dill pickle and a couple olives in it and a serving of turkey pepperoni slices.

Actually, Taco Bell has a diet menu....I prefer it to their regular tacos and such. Just look for the Fresco menu! Enjoy the movie!
