Stevia/Truvia is better. And you can find flavored stevia drops on amazon. I love the peppermint in my tea.:heart: Yellow /Pink /Blue Packets = chemicals, YUCK !! :sick:

You need protien, fruit will not sustain you until your next meal. Once you crash from the sugar you are going to be starving. :smile:

Every morning before I eat breakfast. I plan the whole days meals. That way I can go back and tweek calories up or down.

I switched to Smuckers Natural. It just takes a few days to adjust to the lack of sweetness that is in regular PB. I like to eat it with apples to get that sweetness.

Don't buy new jeans if your not close to your goal. Go to a thrift store, you can find "transition jeans" and they are alot cheaper.

Try Truvia it's a natural sweetner made from the stevia plant. I also found on amazon.com flavored stevia drops that I use in my tea and coffee. It has a low glycemic index too.

It's really hard to come within the alloted number, but I try to keep it as close as possible. Fat is not the only thing that makes us fat sugar (processed) is a huge contributor to obesity.:smile:
