Another artificial sweetner. I used it occasionally until now. Truvia (from the stevia plant) is better, natural alternative.

I love these. I have her 2 mile walk/30 min. It's great and easy on my bad knees I am still trying to figure out the calories though.

I try to log before I eat. That way if I'm planning to many calories I can see it spelled out and can delete some before I eat.

Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds is a great low impact walking workout. I love it because I have bad knees and can't do alot of jumping around.

Wanted to break my sugar habit (mostly flavored coffee creamer). Stopped cold turkey and will continue for another couple weeks then I will introduce it back in gradually and in moderation.

I always take plain popcorn, a bottle of water and sometimes a little chocolate treat. You can't go to the movies without some candy.

Hang in there. It can be a frustrating journey. A few things to think about, drop all the soda not only are they empty calories they are full of chemicals that WILL effect how your systems work. Also I would suggest adding sugar to what your tracking ie fat/carbs/fiber. Lastly try to eliminate processed foods. They are…

I like salmon. Try this. Once the fish has thawed( I buy frozen individully packed fillets) soak the fish in milk for 20-30 before you cook it. This helps take out some of the fishy smell and taste.
