I started drinking almond milk or coconut milk. Regular cows milk is loaded with hormones and has about 12 grams of sugar per cup. This was really hard for me since I LOVE MILK and also use to drinks gallons.

Several days you are really low on protien. Carry small bags of raw almonds or walnuts where ever you go to snack on during the day. More veggies. It's a can/bottle of chemicals and non-food ingredients, how can it be good for you? Adding all those chemicals into your system impeeds your systems from working properly.

Hang in there. I do agree with some of the others, you don't have to go organic but you need to stop the processed foods. I used to use splenda also, I have since switched to Truvia (stevia) it is a naturally derived sweeter (less chemicals) I use it in my tea and even on my oatmeal.

Stay away from as much processed foods as possible. And try to really limit your sugar intake. People think that "fat makes you fat" well I have found that sugar is worse. I love my cheese too. I try to work some in a couple times a week so I don't feel deprived.

You may be getting in your calories, but are they quality calories? Try to cut out as much sugar and processed foods as possible. Sugar is a real diet killer.
