^ Please ignore all that crap. If you don't eat back calories your deficit will be much too large. MFP's numbers already put you at a deficit, and not eating them back is just foolish. You can also mix baking soda in with the vinegar and water. the baking soda and vinegar will react for a few seconds, but it's very effective for smells, and cleaning in general.

Yes but will the ninja last for a lifetime? No. My cousin has had her Vitamix for almost 30 years with no signs of wear or tear. It's also Made in America (Cleveland) and I love that. The Ninja is made in China.
