If your eating sweets and stuff everyday then i dont think cheat days are really needed, but thats just my opinion. However, if you want to take the day off tomorrow, then do it! You can also pre add the cocktails so your not sooo far over... But good job with sticking with MFP so far!

I'm on here waaayyy more than i am on facebook! I check MFP whenever i get the chance... And depending on how bored i am is how long i stay on here each day, ha.

I've been there toooo:) Now i just stay away from cardio...hahah i hate it. But the only way to gain confidence in the weight room is to just suck it up and go lift!! Just look up some lifts, that way you know your doing them right, and just slowly start going into the weight room more and more.

Good point!!! Eat about 1 gram protein per 1 pound of your body weight...Or somewhere around there... And DONT eat the "low fat" version of things.... People need fat (healthy fats) and it helps with hunger and yeaaahhh.

I 5'2 and 3/4 :) My first goal weight was like 110.... But thats when i was starving myself. Now my goal weight is around 120! I am currenty between 125 - 130... I havent weighed in awhile :)

If a person eats low carb, then they should be eating very high in fat!

The people that lose weight that fast probably have a looooooot to lose, or they were eating soooo badly before, and then just started eating healthy.. 12 pounds is great!! Fast weight loss is not always the best! If you dont have to work very hard for it, its probably not that maintainable.

That would be super tough to eat healthy with 5 roomates, so i dont blame ya! But i suggest getting a gym membership... Lifting heavy was the best decision ive ever made! And you will see better and faster results than you would with just cardio.

No, keep it at moderate... That pretty much means you workout 3-5 times a week... But the scale sucks, you have to start measuring! You have probably lost inches while the scale is staying the same.. Well to start out, you probably have just slowed your metabolism down by eating so few calories... But it doesnt look like your eating very much protein... so eat more protein!! Chicken, eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, greek yogurt.

Run outside, burpees, jumping jacks, anything that involves jumping, running in place, running up and down stairs, there are tooonnnnnsss of things you can go... But a gym is better :p Its way more fun and motivating.

YOU ARE FINE! Just drink a bunch of water, and if you ate high in sodium dont step on the scale for awhile. Maybe you arent eating enough calories or are depriving yourself...
