If you have calories left then you should eat if you are hungry. Eating before bed is not bad! But if i ate later at night then i would personally push back or even skip breakfast..

With lower carbs your supposed to eat higher fats and proteins. I think you are also probably eating too much sugar... Try limiting to one fruit a day.

Start by saying restricting yourself to only 1 treat a day.... and then like 5 treats a week, then 4 then 3. And yeaaah, you get the point.

If you finished the 5x5 with 65 then you should up your weight by 5 pounds next time... If you didnt do all the 5x5 then it remains at 65. Last time i went there i got a grilled chicken sandwhich and asked it to be on whole grain bread, then steamed brocolli instead of fries.

You probably wont lose 10 pounds but you will lose inches... Which is better... So you'll just "look" like you lost 10 pounds :)

Anyone can lose weight with a calorie deficit. What your eat matters most when you have a certain goal to look like or weight loss has slowed down.

I have been doing it for the whole month of Feb.... Could my fats% be too low?? its 45%. Carbs was 20 but i recently bumped it up to 25% to see if it would help with energy.

Look up the "eat more 2 weigh less" group on here!! I just upped my calories to 1,900 and im 5'3ish... Too soon to see any weight loss but i am hoping i will!

You just gatta push yourself. I have depression and anxiety too and I rarely miss a workout.... When i first started going to the gym i didnt want to, but after awhile its just a habit and i love that place now :) ha. Ohh and dont spend all your time on cardio... strength train!! Seriously!!

Drink lots of water!!! Eat your normal calorie amount... You will probably be so full it hurts at first..but you'll get used to it hahha. And no, you do not need to cut out cardio.. On Youtube search fastingtwins. They are really funny and know all about this.

I only read some of this post. But i observed how thin people eat too... I thought they were just sooo lucky.. but really they take tiny bites and small amounts. I think i have about 3.... idk! I have lunch, post-workout and then dinner.... and then maybe something before i go to bed. I do leangains intermittent fasting so yeaahh i pretty much skip breakfast and just eat bigger meals.. I love it!
