I dont think you should be weight lifting 3x a week, plus P90X 5x! I would just strength train 3x and on the other days do P90X... And i would even have atleast one rest day each week to start... To get the right amount of calories on low carb diets, your supposed to eat a lot of protein and high fat.. I try to keep my carbs below 100 daily, and i only get them from fruits veggies or natural things.. Except for today and yesterday, lol.

I agree!! I moved and am surrounded by new people.... Where i used to live, i was in the party group... And even here those are the people i seem to get to know easier... And my dad drinks soooo much, im just afraid i'll end up like him if i start drinking again.

Ahh okay ha. And I already did go through a party phase and I pretty much did quit because it got boring... But i'm shy and alcohol makes me fun... So i feel like this is the only way to socialize. Plus i feel weird saying i dont want to drink... People make a big deal out of it :/

I went through the saaaame thing... Now i weigh myself about once a week, if even. I think i just started to believe everyone when they said that the scale lies... Just slowly try to not weigh yourself! Only allow it every other morning or something, and then every couple days and so on.

Yesssss. I like to add people that seem to know what their doing... It helps guild me and they let me know if i'm doing something wrong, or if im doing something right and so on.... Eat it plain... You can mix it with plain greek yogurt, and i have mixed it with cottage cheese before... It tasted like tuna salad but then the last few bites just tasted really gross..
