I'm glad i don't really even like bacon!... But unless your a really strict bodybuilder or something, i dont think you need to give it up, unless you want to or it makes you go over your calories.

I used to drink almond milk.... I don't really know why i drank it lol, i just liked to be different i guess.... But the dark chocolate almond milk is sooooooooo freakin goooood!!! Trrryyyy it!

Add healthy fats.... But i think you'll find in a few days that 1200 is not enough..

Heavy lifting for exersize!! If you do full body lifts youd only have to go to the gym 2-3 days a week... And eat high in healthy fats if you go low carb! Best of luck! :)

It doesn't matter really when you eat...I think if your saving most of your calories for the nightt, just push your breakfast back that day, or just wait until lunch...its pretty much intermittent fasting, but your not supposed to IF if you still have an eating disorder....

I don't plan cheat days or anything, I save it for when unhealthy is pretty much my only option, or holidays...but it suckssss because I feel so different from other teens because I'm healthy..but whatever I guess.its my goals so I probably shouldn't care!

Heavy lifting is the way to go, but i think taking those classes would be a very good start! (I used to haaate lifting too, but i didnt have an open mind about it which is probably why... NOW I LOVE IT!) Best of luck XO

Look up eat more, weight less. And 2 weeks is really not long at all..... It takes a looooong time

I just started eating coconut oil... I am eating a high fat diet so the calories arnt an issue. It's too soon for me to notice any changes, but i have seen other people that have been successful! Just start eating a tablespoon per day, and slowly work to eating more if you dont feel depreived or anything!

Then just guess... There is most likely chicken alfredo in the system already... so just choose the one thats kindda high in calories... Good job for pre logging! :)

I love lifting while fasted!! It makes me feel stronger, strangely... I cant feel my muscles being fatigued like i could if i had more food in my tummy..

Same here! My beer munchies are so much worse.... At least when i smoke i just know to not start eating.... When i've been drinking i just lose all that control ha.

Ohh and honestly, no one is probably watching you! I realize that every time i leave the gym.... I looked at people and all that stuff, but i wasnt judging or even remember what they were doing! Unless it just looks rediculous or something...then i probably would :)

milk and frozen banana slices makes it taste juuuuust like a regular choclate shake... But i've added peanut butter, other fruits, spinach, oatmeal, cinnamon... You can pretty much through anything in the blender with it and it will taste good..

Whaaat! I think you've done great!! Losing weight doesnt happen just like that... you cant go to the gym once an expect to lose anything.... this is a life long process! If you want a quick fix go do a fad diet.

I hate when young girls "workout"... Im a young girl but i take my gym time seriously! They think theyl lose 5 pounds by going on the eliiptical for 20 mins... and then they never go back to the gym... I haaate when people bring their phone into the gym with them! Ahhhhhh!
