Because your body is not getting what it needs... Im guessing you should eat at least 1800... You have to calculate you TDEE and something else i cant remember.... But with how many calories you need to maintain you should not eat more than 300 calories less then whatever it is... If that makes sense to you?? lol

If your at a pretty big deficit your supposed to eat your calories even when you arnt hungry.. you dont want to risk under eating all the timee... that will end up slowing down your metabolism. If you've already lost 15 pounds keep doing what your doing!!

I pretty much already follow these.... But if i do want a treat i will eat it. I think this is called "paleo"... Eating like our ancestors or whatever. I like the fact of doing so, and it just so happens non of them are fat.....hmmm..... pretty good way to eat obviously.

Ughh.... Low weight and high reps will not "tone" you as good as heavy lifting.. If you want good muscle you have to lift heavy and lower reps!! I'm 5'2 and 3/4 to be exact.... So i just say 5'3. Anyways, my Ultimate goal weight is around 120. But i am strength training, so what matters most for me is gaining lean body mass and dropping body fat.

Yes, it is normal. If your worried about losing too fast, just up your calories. But i dont think your losing too fast... the weight loss will probably slow down eventually

There is no "right way" to eat... You could eat at any time you want! Some people (like me) IF, So i pretty much skip breakfast... I think all doctors would recomend eating a big breakfast for a healthy diet and all that... Even if they don't know how it effects you, it's what eveneryone always thinks you have to do to be healthy :(

Maybe you could just lift 2x a week instead of 3... since running is your main focus anyways. Also, make sure you eat a lot and the right foods! loooots of protein!

Strength traaain! And maybe you possible need to up your calories?? I can't give you advice on that, but i have seen so many stories of people breaking through platues that way. And when you only have a little to lose it takes longer... So just hang in there and remember why you started and how far you've come!

I usually do one set of 5 with the bar, then increase a bit for a second set, then increase again for a third set, and then i put the rest of my weight on and do 5x5

You have to want it!! I think if you just trrryyyyy for awhile, you will be amazed with the results, and that is what will make you want to puch yourself more and more!! Strength training is amaaaazinggggg, but not everyone likes it, and maybe you won't, but give it your all :)

All i know is that you should'nt bulk until your body fat is low... Because when you have a higher body fat its easier to gain more fat... and then with a lower body fat its harder to gain fat.. So i don't think you should bulk.... but idk.

Carb cycling SUCKS!!! I tried it for like a week and then i gave up, lol. Now i just try to only eat 100 grams on non lifting days, and then on lifting days I just try to not exceed my set macros. I'd say give it a try though! Maybe it won't be as hard for you. Good luck :)
