Awesome tips - thanks everyone! I always get told the portion sizes in US are big - I think they are big here anyway! I will be walking absolutely everywhere so I guess I shouldn't fret too much. But yep will definitely watch the portions and share everything with the boyfriend. Thanks! xx

Maybe withdrawal to foods you've recently stopped eating? I know I used to eat a lot more sugar, and now that I switched to smarter carbs I feel great but it was tough for a week or so :) Keep it up! Grouchy today, stronger/fitter tomorrow!

Side effects of SMT and similar diet teas: • Bowel disruption • Dehydration • Diarrhea • If you take the tea after your contraceptive pill it can become less affective, as you poop it out. That’s actually on their website. Honestly I did try it once, not that brand but a “diet” tea. All I got was stomach cramps and yep,…

I am strrrrrrrruggling and trying so hard every day to beat BED and achieve the health and fitness goals I want in a nurturing way and just BE HAPPY. Which seems silly to people who haven’t experienced an ED because to them food can’t control how they feel apart from “I’m hungry” “I’m full”. But to me food can make me feel…
