a couple of cookies is nothing, you should feel good about yourself in that you didnt avoid them and go for bigger because you didnt satisfy your craving....heck some nights i eat a whole bag of choclates and 10 cookies because i should of ate what i wanted int he first place and walked away.. good luck

i dont think calories are all equal...for me i have to take in the consideration of how much fat or other indegredients there is in something... fries for example have no nutritional value, atleast for myself anyways... but we all have our up days and our down days. good luck!

in my case when i weigh myself after every meal i get dissapointed because i gain weight, and if i have not the lost the weight before morning i start freaking out. last time i lost weight i would just eat less so when i weighed myself 6 times i day i wouldnt gain weight and i would see results faster. it became a bad…

I do have them but im thinking they will go away. when i lost weight last time they did in the meantime.. next time your at the store pick up some Bio-Oil, i've heard from a lot of my girlfriends that it works.

oh gosh! i went threw this about a week ago.. i ate left over cake every day for a week and trust me! its not worth it! i went from 208 to 213..try to let other people eat it or throw it out. If not you will find yourself eating it. act now and see result later!

i try not to let weight loss affect my socail life. so when i go out to the bar i just drink a pitcher of water to myself. it makes me feel great because i know its not empty calories, its a thing to try, and it works. congrats on the job btw!

I have a serious weighing myself addiction. I weight myself after everything I eat in a day. I'm trying to break the habbit because this is what got me into trouble last time....

you need to make a long term goal for yourself, if we starting walking when it got warmer out we could possible make it a goal to run 5 km together.
