So I had some cookies last night. Pecan Sandies.... I went a little overboard to say the least, and didn't log the points in till this AM. WOW. Mental Note: Log BEFORE you eat! :grumble:

Yup, that's what I ALWAYS recommend to the "newbies', log everything BEFORE, rather than after!
Don't feel bad though, today is another day!

    sounds yummy

No worries, today is a new day and there isn't anything you can do about it now anyway. Yes, I too log my entire day in the mornings, I eat on a schedule, it's the only thing that works for me. Good luck today! :flowerforyou:

a couple of cookies is nothing, you should feel good about yourself in that you didnt avoid them and go for bigger because you didnt satisfy your craving....heck some nights i eat a whole bag of choclates and 10 cookies because i should of ate what i wanted int he first place and walked away.. good luck
  • I thought I overate on monday but when I logged in the food it wasn't as many calories as I thought! I will take the advice of recording my food for the day BEFORE I eat it. that sounds like a great way to stay honest.
