I weigh myself just before bed and first thing in the morning. My wife thinks I'm crazy. She asks me why I weigh at night and I always say so I know how much I'll weigh in the morning. I only consider my Monday morning weigh in as "official". It helps me stay disciplined on the weekends.

Greetings from just north of Chicago. I am 49 years old. I get to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. I coach and still play ice hockey. Trying to finally get good control of my nutrition.

For me having a personal trainer is about having someone to check in with and hold me accountable. I see him every two weeks and he can tell if I've been doing the work between visits. My wife started getting serious on working out a few years ago. I was always the one that kind of worked out but by no means was I in great shape. Once she started looking really good I kind of felt I needed to step up my game as well. I only wish she would have offered the steak and beejay platter. ;)

In bed by 11 and up at 6:40 am. Off to the gym by 7 and get a good 90 minutes in. Get's the day started right. I run a business that is open 365 days a year so weekends and weekdays make no difference.
